About the Project

Climb the tower and defeat the boss! Action-packed, fast-paced hack & slash showcasing inspired, flamboyant combo mechanics with flashy and challenging enemies.

Created as a 3rd year game for Gamecon at Ontario Tech University.

My Responsibilities

  • Redesigned and pivoted the game's direction to lower overall scope
  • Designed and implemented the player combat system and environmental physics interactions
  • Created 5 unique enemy archetypes (4 basic enemies and a final boss) with distinct behaviours
  • Designed 3 progression-based swords with unique ability mechanics
  • Created all VFX for the game
